Before every video

How we shoot it

  1. One line at a time. He says a line, stops, then the next. 2–3 takes of every line.
  2. Every line said whole, to its last word. If he trips, he starts that line again from the top.
  3. Nobody talks while he talks. No questions from behind the camera. His mic recording.
  4. His own way is fine, but every line's point gets said. Especially the last line.
  5. Film the b-roll for each video before you leave that spot.

Before the price, ask who's building it. Residence 1 is the proof.

It comes down to when you need the keys. Residence 2 sits in the middle.

  3. Primary: you buy from the developer. A small down payment, years of installments… bas you wait.
  4. Resale: the keys are ready, bas you pay most of it upfront, in cash.
  5. Residence 2 is the one in the middle.
  6. It's primary. 5% down, 8 years. W the keys in months, mesh years.
